Heya Aspiring Gurus!
My post is late again! And I swear, it won’t get the last. lol. I HAVE MY CAR! Yup, I have Pearl in the driveway right now and yes, I named her Pearl after her color: iridescent pearl. I am going to have a post tomorrow or Sunday dedicated to her. I have a lot of posts going up this weekend, so here is the breakdown: Birchbox unboxing video, Birchbox haul, Pearl post, Entertainment Monthly, and my thoughts on the January Ipsy Bag. I’m hoping to get the both Birchbox posts done and the movie post tomorrow. The car post and the Ipsy review will be Sunday. So, lots to read this weekend to make up for all of the craziness this week. I’m also looking for a lease or rent to buy home that I want to move into by the end of the summer. I am going to two showings this weekend. There is so much going on in my life right now, but I love that I am so busy with so much stuff to do. I’m organizing my closet for Spring and I’ll probably post before and after photos.
I also wanted to see how you guys felt about some upcoming changes on my blog. Yes, the time has come where I think that I can finally check out on my own and move away from wordpress. With my growing success and platform, I have decided to move to my own little real estate on the internet. My own url and I will be designing my own blog as well. I think this is a month to three months ahead. I will be moving and I hope you all will join me and subscribe to my new site. I will let you all know when I will be moving and I will stop posting on this site. I will not be deleting this site. I am going to be keeping it up. I’m not disappearing from WordPress. I will still be reading all of your posts and discovering new bloggeristas to follow. I am going to be adding a store to my blog as well. I make the cutest things like this,
that I am sure people will love to buy.

I will. I plan on buying my url tomorrow and software in May to build my blog/store.
oh ok. so not using the wordpress.org software (free ware as I understand). still yeah pay for hosting, can do a bit more, less rules, etc.
Yes! And more companies would be willing to sponsor if I can put up their ads and referral links or codes as well. I can actually buy a three year subscription to my url ( not on wordpress) for around 30 USD. WordPress is 99 a year and you still cannot control ads or add referrals. Ill be making my blog from scratch, but it will be worth it.

Lol. No. It has weather alerts. Oh, I wanted to tell you that Tyler, the guy I used to work at Kmart with who now works with me at Commerce is quiting. His last day is Friday, so if you wanted you could apply for his job. I don’t want to be pushy. I’m just letting you know. There are many more positions available as well. Just something to keep in mind since I miss our lunches. lol
I’ll keep it in mind but I don’t really know how something like that would work as it’s not close by and I don’t currently have my own car. It would be different if I did have my own car, but I imagine I will have to save up for one and it will probably take a while.

Coming along. I have tons of research. I’m doing the last of it tomorrow (I’ve been at it non stop this week,) and gave myself the day off to take care of other things that need doing. I officially start writing Monday.
You are in the home stretch. I’m doing my closet tomorrow. Taking out the winter and putting in summer.
That’s what I keep telling myself. It’s hard and frustrating but it will be worth it once I have the degree, even if I won’t feel like it is right away.
Very much worth it. I want to complete one of my degrees so Ill get paid more for having expertise.
I keep trying to remind myself that career wise i’m “worth more” with a degree. I know the ideal is to find work that pays well in your field, but that is easier said than done and can take time. But the few extra dollars (i’m guessing it’s a few, but depends on the job,) adds up. Though for now, I’m just planning on picking up a few extra houses. I know I’m going to be listening to remarks from my family members about getting a “Real job” but they really don’t know how bad the past 5 years have been for me and as long as I’m in a position where my family will continue to support me, I’m going to utilitize it, and take 6 months to a year off to calculate my next move and try to relax.
You deserve it. That’s for sure.
I feel like it’s the only thing i really want, and it’s not like vacation or car that would cost money (though I’m contemplating going on a day trip by myself if I have the money.) my dad wants me to go to the ceremony and have a party, but I don’t want to be bothered.
Lol. I’ll invite you over so you can ditch your own party.
I doubt that will happen. I’m going to make them make pitchers of margaritas instead. I think they’re more excited about my graduation than I am.

Thank you! Working on sites are so hard! It’s a good thing I took all those coding and computer classes in high school and college.
Oh yeah those classes… Hmmm… My HTML & Javascript is very rusty.
Lol. I kinda feel the same way, but it is amazing how it comes back to you once you see a couple of examples.
I agree, if you are motivated. I got very burnt out on coding, so it is hard to get myself back to doing it. Maybe I will get motivated again. Bet your site will be awesome!
