Erin Condren Week 4

Heya Aspiring Gurus!

Here is a quick post on how my planner looks like this week.

Spread 001Spread 002

I don’t have a lot of time today for a long post. My head is killing me and I’m just going to drink some caffeine and go to sleep. Maybe even a cold pack on my forehead. Anyone know any good headache remedies?

With Love,

  1. I am guessing you can’t have any pain relievers? If I have a migraine, I will usually have a cup of black tea (I usually have red rose which is quite strong, but Lipton makes flavored ones that are less caffienated. Sometimes I’ll have something with sugar, like fruit or a few smarties or a mint. The steam from a hot shower helps. And also I’ll rub on some lavender oil. I know you hate lavender, and I’ve heard peppermint oil can work as well. And of course sleeping. Going into a dark room can help a bit. That’s all I can think of right now.

    1. You guessed right! I will see if mint teas help and try the dark tea too. Sugar does nothing to help. I have a blood flow issue, where my brain sometimes doesn’t get enough blood flow, because of all of the blood going towards keeping the baby alive and well. You would think with 4x more blood in my veins, I would have enough for my own body.

  2. Oh sorry about the headache. Many times, my headaches are from dehydration so drinking water helps me. I am going to guess, it depends on what is causing your headache. I hope it goes away soon and you get some rest.

    1. Thank you. I don’t think it’s water intake though. I drink 6 to 8 8ounce cups a day of water only whether it is flavored or bubbly. I think I drink 8-12 cups of fluid a day, but sometimes, I only drink the water and my cup of joe. Maybe, I should drink more, but for my weight I drink enough. My doctor says its from being pregnant and the blood flow to blame.

  3. Love those High School Musical stickers! And even though it’s late, a cold pack on your forehead like you said is what usually helps with my headaches 🙂
