Heya Fellow Gurus!
I entered into a few contests, since I started to blog more regularly in June. I’m happy to note that I have won four contests! So, this is my giveaway haul of all the things that I won from the ah-mazing Jen (http://shadowdancer.wordpress.com) here on wordpress. She has subscribed to countless subscription boxes, beauty or otherwise. So, be sure to check out her site to see what she thinks about each one. I know she is cutting her least favorites out. Now, I know which ones I should give a try and ones that I am glad I won’t be wasting money on. I am going to head right into the giveaway haul now, but I also did purchase something this week that I will be adding at the end.
The package was neatly packaged and nothing got damaged during shipment. The whole thing smelled like perfume. *sigh* Lovely. It was a very pleasing smell. The big bag only had perfume in it, but I put everything else in there too for safe keeping until I put everything away. It got here surprisingly quick, which was a pleasant surprise to me. It made my day.
The perfume was in cute little satin bags and had 6 samples in each one. They were repeat samples, though. I always wanted to try the Oscar de la Renta perfume and now, I can. It is the Essential Luxuries line and I am excited to try them all!!!
I’ve always wanted to try something from Origins and now I can. I am an SPF addict and this will definitely be used up soon.
I love, love, love Philosophy! I am excited to try this scent. I heard that it smells true to life like cinnamon buns. I hope that’s true, because I love that smell. I have a vanilla cake flavor of the shower gel as well and it works great as a bubble bath.
These blushes are super pigmented and long wearing! I am wearing it now and it looks great on my skin tone. The pink one is called Suzie’s Glow and the bronzy one is Terra Cotta. I will use the bronze one more as a bronzer than a blush, since it is quite dark on my fair yellow undertone skin. The pink is on the left and the bronze on the right. Both are very flattering on my skin.
I purchased this at Ocean State Job Lot for 5 US DOLLARS. I needed an spf for my sensitive face and this one is supposed to be the best according to Danielle (http://daniellec1992.wordpress.com) for that type of issue.
Well, that’s it for today! Hope you enjoyed it!
With Love,
Hannahxoxoxo
