These little candles are so expensive at $3 a piece, but they are so worth it. The scent throw on these are amazing and I love the seasonal scents the best. This smells like a warm pumpkin pie. It also burns down really nice and even. I think it took 2 to 3 Saturdays burning this one for about 6 hours. I have to find out if Glade is cruelty free before I allow myself to purchase another. It is my favorite drugstore candle brand.

Another month, another empties post. I went through surprising a lot this month. I wasn’t expecting to use up so much, but it seems like a lot of my products are on their last legs. I expect November and December to be heavy months as well. I am grateful that I never lost power in the storm that terrorized New England this week and I pray for the lives lost in the terrorist attack in New York City. That city has gone through way too much. My car was damaged in the storm, but at least, no one got hurt. I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. I’ll be outside playing with my son today.
I am super impressed with what I was able to move out this month. I’m running low on product reviews, so I might disappear during the week with no new posts once in a while. On those weeks, I will be writing product reviews for my blog. I like to hand write them first before typing them up on my blog. Next week will probably be an empty week. I’m going to try to write as many reviews as I can. Maybe I can empty out my review basket. I’m hoping to write ten reviews, because lets face it, there are like 50 products in my review basket right now. lol. If I do 5 reviews a day this weekend, I’ll be happy.

I have a ton of pictures of items that I have bought over the past month and more. I pick up an item here and an item there and before you know it I still have items from May that I have yet to show on my blog. I picked up a few things in September and I’ll mix in a couple of older items as well. I’m going to make a separate post of things that Dean has been getting. I buy Dean way more stuff than myself. I am going to limit myself to showing 5 items in this post. I might make my October haul post early, because I still have quite a few items to still show. Maybe, I’ll do a separate clothing haul for September as well. I bought Dean a coat, boots, and a hat with gloves. I didn’t take pictures of those things though. They aren’t that exciting. Maybe, I’ll show a picture of him wearing all four items.
I picked this up a while ago when it was on sale for $5 at Walmart before making the decision to go cruelty free. I’m not sure if Olay is cruelty free or not, but I will be using this eye cream once I run out of some. It seems like a basic bitch eye cream. Nothing really fancy to it. I only need my eye cream to moisturize my eye area during the day. I do eye treatments at night when it can really sink in.
Dean and I have been enjoying these snacks together. It is healthy for you and gives that satisfying crunch of a potato chip. I like the spicier mixes since it hides the flavor of the beans better. I really enjoyed the tomato basil, but Dean and I didn’t really like the Caesar. I should probably finish those up soon so they don’t go stale. I will be repurchasing a few more spicy flavors. Also, it is $1.50 a bag. Pretty cheap if you ask me.
I have to say, although I just bought this candle a few weeks ago, I am almost done with it. I love the Fall scent of this candle and I couldn’t stop burning it. I am in love with the scent of spiced pumpkin. I need to make a Marshall’s run or something. All of my candles are almost out and while these Glade candles are amazing, they are expensive at almost a $1 an ounce. If I don’t head to Marshall’s soon like tomorrow, I might have to buy another Glade candle to get me through.
I don’t usually enjoy bar soap, but I really liked this one. My dad stole it from me and has been using it. I think he likes it more than me, but I really enjoyed how moisturized my skin felt after using this. I found it at Marshall’s and would buy it again if I can find it.
I religiously use these every Winter/Flu season and I hardly ever get sick. I think these drops are a good reason why. I take one every day to get my daily supply of Vitamin C that fights against colds and free radicals. I will continue to repurchase this, because I really do believe that they help. I’ve been doing this for two years and I only ever got a sore throat last Winter. I used to ALWAYS get sick and now, I hardly do. The only thing that I have changed (besides getting pregnant and having a baby) are these Halls drops. I don’t believe in coincidences.
I realized while writing this post that I bought a TON of stuff for Dean over the past month or so. I will for sure be doing one or two Dean hauls and a clothing haul. I’m going to spread them out a bit though. You can see another haul post next weekend and probably every weekend in the month of October. It’s a dreary rainy day here.

For Glade Cinnamon Apple Scented Candle

What it is: An apple cinnamon scented candle that will scent your room like an apple pie.
Key Ingredients: Wax? Lol
How it feels/smells/looks: The candle was a nice cherry red color and the scent throw is amazing. I loved this candle so much!
Why I like it: Besides the amazing scent, the lasting power of this candle was crazy amazing as well. This candle lasted me almost a year of being at my bath side. I like the elegance of the glass as well. I will rinse the jar out and use it at my work desk to hold paper clips or something. I love candles and I would definitely buy another Glade candle again. They are definitely better than Frebreeze candles any day of the week.
Heya Aspiring Gurus!
I went through a few empties this month, which I was very proud of. It seems like September will be better though, because I already have two empties and it is only September third! It is a promising start to a new month, a new job, and a new me! My job will be changing on September 15th, which I am really excited about! I cannot wait to start and for that biweekly paycheck to start rolling in. I am also making a personal change for a new me. I am going to be eating healthier and having an exercise plan. I am going to be starting a food diaries series on my blog in pictures and an exercise plan highlighted for the month. I am starting the exercise plan already for the new month and I will be uploading it. The food Diaries, I will be starting the upcoming week and do a week in pictures for it. Let me know what you guys think of these ideas that I have on expanding my blog. Are you interested? I just feel that with a new job, It is time to start a new me. A me that I have wanted to be for a long time. A thinner, more athletic, healthier me that I used to be in high school. I am also starting to go back to teaching figure skating and taking lessons from my coach again. I have already decided on no more competitions, but that doesn’t mean that I cannot stop learning new tricks and being active. Now, onto what you came here for: my empties!

Heya Aspiring Gurus!
Another month and flown past us. I cannot believe we are already in August and almost at the end of summer. I haven’t even gone to the beach, yet! I am going this coming Sunday to a beach in Rhode Island with my dogs. I have to find out the name of the beach from my friend, so I know where to go. My dogs deserve an outing and this may be the first and last time that I can go to the beach this summer, if I get the job that I am going to an interview Tuesday for. It is a job at an insurance company and I am really excited for it. I know that I’ll get it and I’ll be able to quit my Kmart and Macy’s job. I’m really starting to hate my Kmart job. There are just so many problems there for me now and I am just looking for an out.

That is it for my empties in July. A few pictures were lost due to my camera dying on me in that month. I am hoping to continue frequently posting in August as well. My next big blogging event is Octoberfest, where I blog everyday in October and I am brainstorming on different things that I could do to incorporate the season. The next event I have planned after that is 25 Days Until Christmas, where I post every day with little ideas for Christmas or Christmas themed posts. I don’t really have any events for Spring I mostly just have a Summer, Fall, and Winter events on my blog. Would you like me to do a Spring Event? Maybe a February one for Valentines Day?
